Terms of Service

1. The service

JustBridge is a desktop application for building software with AI agents, plus this website and related services (together, the “Service”). By downloading the app, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep access to your sign-in provider secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Free tier and Pro subscription

JustBridge is free to download and use. The free tier includes the core experience with some limits; certain features — such as running multiple agents in parallel, multiple canvases, goal loops, and playbooks — require a paid JustBridge Pro subscription, billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; when you cancel, Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the free tier. Prices and the set of Pro-gated features may change with reasonable advance notice.

4. Bring your own keys

JustBridge connects to third-party AI providers and services using credentials you supply. Your use of those providers, including their fees, rate limits, and acceptable-use rules, is governed by your agreements with them, not by us. You are responsible for the costs your usage incurs with those providers.

5. Your content and code

Everything you build with JustBridge is yours. We claim no ownership over your projects, code, or prompts. Because the app is local-first, your project content stays on your machine and with the providers you connect.

6. AI output

AI-generated code and content can be wrong, insecure, or unsuitable for your purpose. You’re responsible for reviewing what you ship. The Service orchestrates AI agents; it does not guarantee the correctness of their output.

7. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service to break the law.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts.
• Don’t resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to keep JustBridge reliable, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we’ll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
